Our new strategic plan highlights three distinct areas of focus, each of which is viewed through the perspective of environmental change.

Programs  /  projects are multi-institutional and multi-sectoral.  All projects have environmental policy and socio-economic components.

Application of resources to the focus areas will be opportunity-based.  When opportunities arise in a certain area of focus, the available resources will be deployed to assist in seizing the opportunity, recognizing that other areas of focus might receive less attention in the mean time.
